I can't personally speak on the issue myself, but the physical charms of a guy (even Clooney!) might be diminished by blatantly psycho behavior. I may be underestimating the power of Clooney however. Ladies?

he's not guilty of being crazy. He's guilty of being ugly. You know If he looked like George Clooney, Uma Thurman would be gushing about all his romantic endeavors that he did before they were married. I can see Julliet taking out a order of protection against Romeo if he climbed her balcony looking like Quasimodo

The jury did its job well. There's a very thin line between stalking and idolatry and this guy crossed the line. Ms. Thurman had reason to fear for her safety.
