Actually, that's Tennis Court, not a tennis court - but one of my favorite Brooklyn streets.

Where's Bernie Goetz when we need him?

I just walked by Ave W and 16th street. There is a bar on 16th and Neck Road, right by the subway. There were cops everyone and both ABC and NBC news vans.

This is a pretty calm and quiet neighborhood, I wonder what happened.

There's a street called Tennis Court? That is very clever and I applaud whoever came up with that; they had me fooled. Especially in the abbreviated syntax of the newswire.
