Pregnancy is a lifestyle choice, and like all other lifestyle choices, are totally subject to an employer's scrutiny and discretion. It can be a serious distraction in the workplace as so many pregnancies are really cries for affection and attention. Pregnant bitches belong in the street with the other crybabies and shitbags.

You know, I have to admit I know women who choose their jobs carefully when they're planning on getting pregnant, to time it so that they get pregnant as soon as they know they will be paid during their pregnancy leave, and then quit instead of coming back. Maybe women who get pregnant and really do plan on coming back (instead of swindling their employers) should reproach these dishonest women for poisoning the water for them. It's because of them that employers get bitter about it.

Personally, I would never get pregnant while working full time, as I would not be 100% productive. Pregnancy is a choice these days, not a disability. I don't really see why women think they should be cut so much slack, unless they are absolutely invaluable to their employers because of their special talents or crucial presence.

I know I put 'they're' instead of 'their'. I thought this was a Jen Chung posting, and put the mandatory errors. I was mistaken.

What kind of woman works while pregnant? I don't get it. Don't their husbands - if they're even married - love them?

pregnant women are anethema to productivity. Imagine having to be around a person who's carrying a bowling ball attached to her stomache, who's got headaches, nausea and general weakness and complains all day. I don't even know how people can get pregnant in this economy. The worst is poor people who have a whole bunch of kids and have to work like crazy to take care of them financially but do not spend time with them socially. those kids turn into the rapists and criminals that are the blight of society. It's a vicious cycle. I think the general rule of having kids in the city is you need a million dollars in the bank. if you don't have that, don't have kids. trust me, my sister had a kid with the whole "everything will be alright as long as we love each other" idealistic view and now she's paying for it.

“I'm not having any pregnant bitches working for me.”

which is usually followed by:
“now, where my money at? bitch!”

And Bloomberg is Barnard's class speaker this year! All kinds of pregnant bitches in the workplace come from Barnard.

Awww I hope this isn't true... I love Bloomberg.

The guy's name is Lex... of course he's a villain.

(Some of you may be wondering why I didn't pass the bar exam.)
