AvenueHebrew, that's not the only reason they live there. They live there because the Chelsea has a unique culture which the new management has been screwing around with...and which would be gone entirely, if they'd all packed up and left when Stanley Bard got kicked out. They're too invested in the place to leave. Keep in mind, they were there long before BD and Glennon Travis -- some of them for decades.
