Lets say at night a husband went to sleep,
and he left the front door open.
A thief comes in, steals, and kills the husband, and burns down half the house.

Who is to blame ?
The thief should be arrested for stealing, and threspassing, and 1st degree murder.
The house damage ? - insurance. No insurance ?
Don't expect the thief to pay for it.
The husband pays for it

If the son is killed, the wife blames the husband too.
The husband should have closed and locked the door.

If a stranger comes in and does graffiti and leaves. The wife blames the husband for not closing and locking the door. He needs to pay for the paint and do the paint job to clean the wall.

Is the wife right ?

For the WTC bombing,
We are the wife, PA is the husband who left the door open and unlocked.

Now for the airplane coming in to destroy the house- I am not going there.

They are even more liable for the damages and losses of 9-11. During those attacks, the Port Authority failed to maintain efficient, well-running elevators and they also failed to ensure that stairwells were free of debris and accessible to the handicapped. Those once-proud towers were a veritable pig sty in a matter of mere minutes thanks to your "hard-working" Port Authority.

No, the people who blew up the friggin bomb are more liable, as they did blow up us the bomb. But thats not to say the Port Authority cannot share the blame, though I agree it is bizarre.

Its all about money anyway. Its easier to collect from the PA than the terrorists. Luckily for us the terrorists were quasi-fuckups and 93' didnt turn out a lot worse than it did.
