`I'm amazed,'' said Tom Eich of Westchester, N.Y., who was filling a large luxury car with premium gas. ``I just paid $4.30 per gallon at a little station on the West Side. It's pretty outrageous" It's outrageous for driving around with a large car getting about 10 miles to the gallon. Couldn't the AP find someone who is actually struggling with the high gas prices? Clearly this guy is on a six figure salary.

Looking at that picture, I can't help but think that the City must be a very hard place for people on acid and schizophrenics to navigate.
