these guys are the last of the old time junkies in hell's kitchen. notice the puny amount of Social security the guy was getting.
I'm glad the charges were dropped. The whole thing struck me more as asburd and funny than criminal.
I hope they are casted in "Home Alone 5".
I worked in Hell's Kitchen in the 1950's these
2 nutjobs bought that era all back in my memories.

Sure this story is kinda of amusing. But what did these two dingbats do when they found their "friend" unconscious? Call 911? Nope. They put some clothes on Citron and wheeled him down to the check cashing place.
These guys said that's what their friend would've wanted them to do if he died, and given the circumstances, I entirely believe them. They should've got it in writing though...
