are they really? seems like most of the posts there are just about sex and only a few actually discussed the political meaning of the picture.

I've seen the terra cotta soliders in Xian. I have also seen the statue of liberty.

This is a disgrace to both pieces of history.

This artist doesn't know shit. why does the chinese statue look like a western italian pizza guy? First of all he's got a handlebar moustache, second he's got deep inset double lidded eyes, and third he's got an aquiline nose. I never saw no chinese guy look like that. They all look like sandra oh.

The statue of liberty is a symbol of America, not of human rights. So my interpretation is more "fuck america" than anti-human rights, though you're free to read your own message into it.

I don't agree with the message, but I don't see the point of getting all upset about it either. Considering how many people seem willing to interpret the 9/11 attacks as simply a way of expressing anti-Western sentiment, I'll take a political cartoon any day.
