"its important to our industry to find some way to help chefs protect what they create." laughable. Does ms. Charles mean to tell us she invented the new England seafood shack? The lobster roll? The Caesar salad? Irish pubs have dark wood bars and guiness. Pizzarias have red checkered table cloths. NE fish shacks have lobster rolls and dock themes.

lol i hope they don't allow people to patent food, that would be the dumbest idea ever or copy right. we would never have new flavors!!!

Sorry, the food there is so simplistic and overpriced. Anyone who loves lobster but not mayo will be very disappointed.
