"Arrested by" who? "Investigated by" who? The US Attorney's Office? The NYPD? Dad? Or does it no longer matter who is doing the investigating as long as someone is accused of something?

Disgusting. I am so sick of the my money being wasted, public libraries experiencing limited hours, and feeling like the politicians who take advantage of us. Ugh.
