Why does Dick Wolf hate his own race? More than 80% of the criminals shown on the various L&O shows over the years have been white, while in real life whites account for less than 5% of NYC felony defendants.

There's nothing in the linked article about the jersey that even mentions lawmakers, let alone bombs... but the article is a day old and already out of date (the Bronx DA has since said that there will be no charges).
