First- was the 'Hammer' illegally concealed? Second- did the store owner have a permit to possess said 'Hammer'? Third- was the 'Hammer' loaded when it was used by the store owner? Fourth- was the 'Hammer' previously used in the commission of a felony 'Hammer-ing'- and if so, what was the disposition of that incident? Fifth- was the (alleged) perpetrator warned and then given a chance to retreat? Sixth- was the store owner ever implicated in any previous 'Hammer-ing'? Seventh- is it confirmed that the 'Hammer' in question was, in fact, in the possession of the store owner- and NOT in the possession of the (alleged) perpetrator? Eighth- was the (alleged) perpetrator 'attacked' inside, or outside the store being defended by the store owner? Ninth- with the (alleged) perpetrator laying semi-conscious outside the store- ON THE CITY STREET- will the parents have standing in a court of law in filing suit against the City of New York?! Tenth- Considering the candidacy of Mr. Obama- is the (alleged) perpetrator 'black' enough to take legal action as regards this incident? It seems to me that there are very many legal question here as yet to be answered-Where-O'-Where, are the L-A-W-Y-E-R-S when you need them?!?
