<description>&lt;p&gt;A number of Harry Potter guides and parody books already exist and Rowling is completely fine with them. As mentioned, she&apos;s always been supportive of fan sites, too. If she&apos;s going after this particular one for copyright infringement, it seems to be justified. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

No, you could see a Harry Potter for Dummies, as long as that book is a &quot;Cliff&apos;s Notes&quot; style commentary or explanation on the books and doesn&apos;t just copy details from the books as the Lexicon did. There was a similar case in the 1990&apos;s when the producers of &quot;Seinfeld&quot; sued the publishers of a book called &quot;The Seinfeld Aptitude Test&quot;.  The publishers lost because the Seinfeld book just repeated details from the show, without making any commentary about them.
