No, you could see a Harry Potter for Dummies, as long as that book is a "Cliff's Notes" style commentary or explanation on the books and doesn't just copy details from the books as the Lexicon did. There was a similar case in the 1990's when the producers of "Seinfeld" sued the publishers of a book called "The Seinfeld Aptitude Test". The publishers lost because the Seinfeld book just repeated details from the show, without making any commentary about them. Here is a wikipedia summary of that case. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Rock_Entertainment%2C_Inc._v._Carol_Publishing_Group

A number of Harry Potter guides and parody books already exist and Rowling is completely fine with them. As mentioned, she's always been supportive of fan sites, too. If she's going after this particular one for copyright infringement, it seems to be justified.

MILF!

How would she fare on MILF Island?
Those eighth graders would go bonkers.

Big A/72

Point taken. Thanks.
