Nice of Scott Stringer to take the opportunity to talk tough on construction companies in front of the media, but is he actually doing anything about it? I mean, I remember when the crane fell on 51st St. he said he had the construction company in his office that week for violations. So what the hell was the site doing still open if it was so bad they were in his office?
