I could sell ice to an eskimo given the proper motivation. You make the people believe in the dream, they will sign on the dotted line. Everything in our society says that if you own a home, a little slice of the American Dream, you've 'made it'. Don't fault the suckers for falling for it. They're going to be paying for it for the rest of their lives. Oh and thanks to the Government, the banks will get off easy and we'll have to pay for it too.

Thanks for using my photograph, Dave! And you're right, they don't pose. Or that one doesn't, anyway. We took the two of them for some dog magazine shoot and we had to hold her in place and rip our hands away at the last second before taking a picture.

A Waitness and UPS driver brought a home for $445,000!? Really talk about being stupid. I don't feel sorry one bit for people losing their homes to the bank. They should know the meaning to the word "budget" before anything else. Those are probably the same people who fall for scams.
