EEsh. Possibly is the only "Thai" restaurant worthy of patronizing in Manhattan, but come on... anyone too lazy to chug it out to Queens for Thai is not really interested in the real thing. The poster that went to Bangkok most likely stayed within the confines of Kao San Road. You have to *beg* the people at this place to serve you genuinely spicy dishes.

Pam Real Continues to be my favorite Thai joint in NYC. Even after visiting Bangkok, I was satisfied with their authenticity, spice, and service.

I LOVE Pam Real Thai. The secret is, there's also one on 47th street, where the food is the same, the prices are the same and the lines are shorter.
