Good job NYPD! But I have to agree with Donner - if he's done this (read: been caught doing this) 29 times before why think that this time the courts will lock him up and throw away the key? In fact, the lack of justice for prior offenses probably emboldened him to try again. What they should do is wire that monitoring thing on his ankle to send 50,000 volts through his balls any time he enters the subway system. I would also like to point out that by virtue of posting here today I have proven that I am in fact NOT Freddie Johnson. I know Matty's from Chicago, but indeed where is babyhitler?

Come on people he only had 53 priors. That was his training period. Practice makes perfect they say. Great parole board we have here in the state. Give the guy a blow up doll and set him in a padded cell for the rest of his life and the world will be a better place. Oh I forgot to add, no food or water until he says he's sorry. At least the cops were keeping an eye on the guy.
