EVENT: If your 11 a.m. small screen fix of The View just isn't enough (we'll withhold judgement), you can catch the morning matrons tonight in person. Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck will be at the Paley Center chatting it up.

6 p.m. // The Paley Center for Media [25 W 52nd St] // $60

MUSIC: Good news! Dirty Projectors are playing Music Hall of Williamsburg tonight, and tickets are still on sale. We highly recommend checking this band out, and the openers aren't too shabby either, so get there early for Woods and No Kids. And also for MHOW's new Happy Hour (which starts at 6 p.m.)!

8 p.m. // Music Hall of Williamsburg [66 N 6th St, Williamsburg] // $15

THEATER: Ann Bannon’s 1950s lesbian pulp novels, The Beebo Brinker Chronicles, were famous for passionately peeling back the covers on covert homosexual subcultures in Eisenhower America. A recent stage adaptation focuses on the parallel lives of two amorous sorority sisters who painfully part ways after graduation. The show stars OBIE-winner David Greenspan, who’s as brilliant as ever in his turn as a sort of gay Mother Hen to the scene’s neophytes. Read our review of the October premiere, but keep in mind that some actors have been replaced for this run at 37 Arts; losses include the charming Marin Ireland and the funny Anna Foss Wilson, who created the titular Beebo. – John Del Signore

8 p.m. // 37 Arts Theatre [450 W 37th St] // Ticket prices vary
