<description>&lt;p&gt;I love the subtle &quot;...after being notified of the stabbing by cellphone, which are banned in city schools.&quot;  That ban makes the teaching environment so much more productive since cell phones aren&apos;t ringing and students aren&apos;t text messaging each other during class.  And if a teacher were to ask a student to surrender his/her cell phone because it was causing a disruption??  Um..yeah, I&apos;m sure the student will just calmly hand it over.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
