<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks most of all to the Harlem community, who accepted the Riverbank Sewage Treatment Plant on their waterfront, so that the Hudson could be made swimmable and maybe even fishable again. They got the Riverbank State Park in exchange, but still pay the price in terms of odors on hot summer days.

Thank you Harlem. We owe you!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
