Well done! I'm not sure whether to be excited or dismayed at the thought of mixologists turning your meaty broth into simple syrup. Who's up for a Kolbász Old Fashioned?

I have been dieing to try that gelatin consommé technique. Awesome that you chose to do it with sausage. Great idea. Would be a great broth for serving ravioli.

Not a big deal, but if you put the accent to the é at the end of Consommé, let's remember that the correct spelling of kolbasz is kolbász. Also cserkesz should be cserkész (and it means boyscout). :) Tamas
