<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m willing to guess the Buildings Dept. has neglected to hire more inspectors to keep up with the unprecedented amount of construction projects we&apos;ve had. While there is no excuse for an inspector to lie on  their reports - is it because they are over-extended?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
