Swearing him on St. Patrick's Day. No respect for the Irish. I'm sure our beloved Ancient Order of Hibernians will feel that way, and will promptly turn to the next barstool to the left and enlist Bill Donohue and his Catholic League b'hoys in ratcheting up the "This is anti-Catholic bigotry as well as anti-Irish" rhetoric. I agree with Pete Hamill... this parade is so over.

The transition of power on St. Patrick's Day seems like a calculated move by Spitzer, perhaps as a final slap in the face to a lot of politicians who would have otherwise marched in the parade. Snoopy, that appears to be the flag of the Republic of Ireland. The flags are basically identical, except for the one stripe. It could be your monitor if it looks too red. And Goomba, "Mick" is a loaded and bigoted synonym for Irish. It would be like someone calling an Italian a "Wop" which rates about the same on the derogatory ethnic name scale.

That is the Mick flag Snoopy. You blind or a soonad or something? That is orange not red like on the best flag in the world other than the flag of America. You know America was named after an Italian? St. Patrick was an Italian, not a Mick. Italians don't get all fuori come un balcone. That is drunk to you mamalukes who aren't lucky to be Italian.
