Joe Bruno is under federal investigation for questionable business dealings and horseracing gambling issues.He is known as an enemy of Housing protections. When I see him talk he looks like a bit actor from the Godfather every word he says produces an inflection in his eyes and a wave of the hand ,just like the old country folks in Sicily. What a crew in Albany.

meese, I'm going to have to disagree. One's signature is not necessarily indicative of handwriting. I have fairly decent handwriting, but having to sign for things all day, there is not a single letter that is distinguishable.

The funniest/ironic thing here is that Bruno and Silver have the honorific of Hon. (Honorable) when they are far from it. Other than that it seems like yet another piece of procedural paperwork generated by Albany, although most likely much much shorter.
