um, last I recall, a bird building its nest in a man-made skyscraper isn't exactly "natural".

"The NYC Audubon Society and Parks Department became concerned and decided to remove the pigeon spikes..." Parks Department doesn't give a flying fuck (no pun intended)about Pale Male & Lola or anything else for that matter.

lets not interfere with mother earth on some issues, but it's ok to do it on others? this is not natural.
