If the gays want to propagate AIDS amongst themselves let them do it. If they like playing Russian roulette let them.
It's just nature's way of saying sort yourselves out. Just don't look for federal funding for keeping things in line and the "poor" victim alive after they find they are dying from something they could have prevented.
