PARTY: Perhaps as a nod to Warhol, or simply as a reason to party, PBR has been on an Art Tour. Come check out their 18 PBR-inspired paintings, and more importantly drink free beer from 7 to 8 tonight as the tour hits the Knitting Factory. Music provided by DJ Awesome Derek, Cody Ranaldo, and Rezound.

7pm // Knitting Factory [74 Leonard St] // Free

200802paulrudd.JPGEVENT: The Women's Expressive Theatre storms the Angel Orensanz Foundation tonight with some of their love-themed productions. Celebrate Valentine's Day early with performances by Lauren Ambrose, Michael Cerveris, Ricki Lake, Paul Rudd (pictured), Melissa Joan Hart, Josh Hamilton and Martha Plimpton. An open bar and hors d'oeuvres follows the theatrical vignettes. The price is $150, so while money still won't buy you love -- it will buy you a night with Paul Rudd and unlimited amounts of alcohol. Which is pretty much the same thing.

7pm // Angel Orensanz Foundation [172 Norfolk St] // $150

THEATER: The paneled Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel provides the ideal setting for the jazz-age musical Glimpses of the Moon. Set in 1922 and based on an Edith Wharton comedy, the show's sprightly six-member cast takes audiences on a carefree romp through vintage Manhattan society, “from champagne-soaked dinner parties, to luxurious vacation cottages and back to New York's elegant hotels.” The unabashedly old-fashioned romantic comedy tells the breezy story of Susy Branch: “Popular but penniless, Susy and her friend Nick Lansing devise a clever scheme: to marry and live off the wedding presents, while they help one another find suitable millionaires. The plan works perfectly – until they fall in love.” – John Del Signore

8pm // The Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel [59 West 44th St.] // Call (212) 419-9331 for tickets, which cost $50, plus a $30 food and drink minimum.

MUSIC: Todd P introduces a new venue to us in his email today: the Market Hotel. Described as being "very Scarface" it's on the 2nd floor of an "ancient cast iron facade building, formerly a Dominican speakeasy from the late 70's." Tonight No Age, High Places, Rings (formerly First Nation) and Skint (music & dance project from members Telepathe, Psychic Ills, Lake) take the stage.

9:30pm // Market Hotel [957 Broadway, Brooklyn] // $8
