Those damn "teengagers" always engaging in stupid things...

how long are we gonna have to look at that animated pile of turd animation thingy?

The Metro North delays are over with. Everything was back to normal late this morning.

So at least we know that CU has their priorities straight - hundreds of tenants and businesses may be displaced but at least the party revelers get to stay put...

I think the noose-hanging law may be unconstitutional under R.A.V. v. St. Paul where the Court struck down an ordinance (and the conviction of a teen who had burnt a cross on someone's lawn) criminalizing bias-driven fighting words because it was content based. The Court said even though "fighting words" are illegal, you can't specify which kinds of fighting words you want to criminalize... Another mysterious twist of logic from the boys over at SCOTUS.
