Columbia's Lee Bollinger Gets #1 Ranking...

2007_12_bollinger.jpg...for being totally rude!

It's actually not the kind of #1 ranking Bollinger would prefer, as it's for Time's Top 10 Awkward Moments of 2007 list. As Bwog points out, Bollinger deftly bypasses "David Hasselhoff, David Vitter, Rosie, Paris, Miss Teen South Carolina, Caroline Giuliani, and (wait for it) BRITNEY SPEARS" for his introduction of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad last September, calling him a "petty and cruel dictator."

Ahmadinejad earns the #2 spot on Time's Top 10 Quotes list, for saying, "In Iran, we don't have homosexuals, like in your country." Coming in at #10 on the awkward list is Caroline Giuilani's Facebook page revealing she belonged to a Barack Obama group, #7 on the Top 10 T-shirt Worthy Slogans list is the Reverend Al Sharpton's statement that he takes a bath every day, and #5 on the Top 10 Animal Stories list is Trouble Helmsley, that rich bitch.

Mr.Bollinger is such a humble scholar - it looks like he buys his suits off the rack at K-Mart...

Rude to Ahmawhatever? He doesn't deserve anything better...

It was like watching Hitler appear on Johnny Carson.

people hate what they can't conquer - and thats why Americans don't like Ahmadinejad

It was all a diversionary tactic to obscure his plans to obliterate a neighborhood in west Harlem. To threaten eminent domain in order to destroy people's businesses and homes just so that Columbia can play like Donald Trump, now who's the petty dictator?
