The Argentinian are the Italian of the South America. That way they have all kind of pasta and pizzas, and naturally the faina o farinata is what people from Genova they brought the recipe to Buenos Aires 150 years ago

The faina, a chickpea-flour based slice, resembles farinata, a common item found in and around Genoa, Italy.

ethnic pizza? is ethnic now being reserved for anyone located south of the border? the last time i checked pizza originated in italy which has its own ethnic roots.
the pizzas in the photos with their dripping cheeses looked quite delicious but i'm suspecting otherwise as the most flattering adjective used to describe their taste was 'tasty'. it reminds of those times where hosts on the food channel invite guest chefs to prepare their specialties and all the hosts can say is "wow" or "now that's something" which could easily be interpreted as "wow, that's mighty gross" or "now that's something i wish never to put into my digestive system again. you know?
