  • Great picture!!!!!!
  • I always make short post, not because I don’t have any idea to write, but I’m still learning English, so sometimes the problem is not about the idea, but what words should I use lol.

My dog shivers when it is cold out. He shivers a lot less when he wears his fleece sweater. He even helps me put it on him. This leads me to conclude that dog clothes are OK when necessary. Also, dog boots prevent paw injuries when the ground is covered in rock salt. I don't think the alternative (bloody paws) is humane. But hey, that's just me.

your pug is still retarded... and hand banana, banana hand who cares... you have nothing better to do than to take care of your dumb dog.

and my clothes are A-OK, at least i don't have to constantly pull up my pants or wear cut off jean shorts with a pink belt to the beach. you're the one that needs help with a costume!

    1. you suck.

    first off roon,

It's Hand Banana. Second off, I don't need to dress up my dog like a chicken to make me feel better about what I'm wearing.

You have nothing better to do than pick on people for dressing up their dogs? For your easy reference, here are five more annoying things people do, since you clearly need a cause:

    1. Whistle loudly in your ear at a concert.

    2. Cut in front of you in the bus line and steal the better (or the only!) seat.

    3. Walk more than two people across on busy city sidewalks.

    4. Get in line in front of you and order coffee for the entire office at the busiest time of the day.

    5. Engage in inane online battles.

    Go forth, warriors!

you're just saying that cause your dog is stupid and has special needs. you don't even need to dress your dog up, everyday is halloween for him.

btw, i'd like to see your dog walk on the streets in the winter without getting cold or freaking out.

    banana hand, NO!

  • pughateclothestheydumb

I feel dressing up your dog for Halloween is incredibly stupid. Dogs don't need to be dressed up...at all. This only makes the owner feel better about their sub-standard life. There is a high concentration of this found in the meat packing district.

I guess what I'm saying is leave the costume at home and be proud of your little naked beast. He loves you so much and trusts you...Once you put on that costume you will lose that love and trust.

and people who comment on people dressing up their dogs are haters that haven't been hugged enough as children. stop hating so much just cause people want to have fun. also, some dogs are small and do get cold in the winter... we do live in a city where we walk around A LOT... why don't you just walk around naked and see how warm you feel and walk around barefoot on cold, salty, dirty streets...get over yourself and try to get your parents to hug you for once.

studies show that people who spend more than 5 minutes dressing up their dogs are losers.

hulaedwyn, I think we debated about this before, your pets are not your freakin barbie dolls! Putting sweaters and shoes on pets are fine for their own protection, but dressing them is purely for the owners' selfish fun.

  • hulaedwyn

Some people think it's terrible to dress up dogs at Halloween. Then again, some people don't know how to have fun.

  • maevemealone

#4 the shoes, while it seems silly, actually protect a dogs feet from rock salt during the winter. It's poisonous to dogs and when it gets up between their paws on heavily salted sidewalks, it can actually burn their skin. Also, costumes are fine for Halloween, but doggie clothes for dogs who don't need them any other time of year is annoying.

"people who dress up their pets should be ticketed for animal cruelty."

Especially those that put shoes on their dogs paws. Heinous!

  • Jen Chung

I cannot believe how the iPhone dog's owners got the gloss *just right.* Amazing - and makes my Halloween costumes look downright shameful.

  • Dude69

Unless it's due to cold weather, people who dress up their pets should be ticketed for animal cruelty.
