- An EMT was caught by a city inspector allegedly involved in some risqué business in the back of an emergency vehicle with a woman. The woman claims she is just friends with the EMT, who was transferred from Staten Island to Brooklyn.
- Federal officials are recommending that JFK cut the number of flights in and out of the airport, saying that it is operating beyond capacity.
- Jesse Friedman, of "Capturing the Friedmans" infamy, is looking to clear his and his family's name by arguing that children who testified against them had been hypnotized.
- The woman who's been living in the same house with her estranged husband with a court-ordered wall separating the two has retained the lawyer who helped Catherine Gotti divorce jailed mobster Peter Gotti in 2004.
