    Something tells me that Italians need a bit of a cleanup if they want to have a parade again next year.



    Halloween is a few weeks away. Perhaps the dude was doing a fine tuning of his costume.

    Why are you telling us about the events in Newark? The place needs to be leveled and then sold off to the highest price bidder. Plus do it in the middle of the night and don't let the populace know you are doing it.
