Swastikas Found on Yeshiva Bus in Brooklyn

On the eve of the holiest day in the Jewish faith, swastika and graffiti were found painted on a Brooklyn yeshiva bus. The bus, which had been sitting Williamsburg's Yeshiva B'nei Shimon Yisreal on Warsoff Place, was defaced on the interior with hand lotion. The bus' front door was found open, and it's believed the vandals got onto the bus through the unlocked back doors.

The NYPD's bias unit is investigating the incident. The Daily News reports that the graffiti included phrases like "f--- Jews" and the "coming of Hitler." People were upset: Jose Roman told the Daily News, "It's appalling. These must have been young hoodlums with nothing better to do," while Andy Williams said the vandals "should really be punished for it."

Yole Chajmovicz of the Williamsburg Shomrim Patrol had a more resigned-frustrated reaction; he said to NY1, "People in this area move on. You know, it’s sad because you see people doing all kinds of graffiti and some people want to do this.” At any rate, it's totally messed up.

Why be upset? As long as there are humans, there will be morons. There's nothing you can do about it. Maybe Hitler was partly right. These weaker minds do need to be weeded out of the population and kept from procreating.
