    IF HE SAID IT

"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas"--

O.J.'s as right as a swinging hammer.

Let's follow the fellow's steely wishes

And keep him for good in the Vegas slammer.

Does anybody else find the photographer story disturbing? I guess he should have left the dead body where it was... or at least extended his visa.

This is what snitching looks like.

Yes #9, it's all the cars' fault that many bicyclists are aggressive douchebags. That makes perfect sense. Just shift the blame for your own crap behavior. And couple that with the naive belief that congestion pricing is going to resolve everything and allow you morons to FINALLY start paying more attention to pedestrians because bicyclists won't have to worry about cars as much. Wow thanks for that, big guy! Riding a bike is so tough in the city. But it'd be cool if you actually paid attention to both cars and pedestrians. Ah bicyclists... you win the award for being the most self-righteous, hypocritical whiny pricks in the city.

Is it just me, but why would anyone give a rat's ass about bicyclists? So they get arrested routinely and may have lost some of their rights..??

  • guest

#5 you have a point there. There are some serious virgins lurking on the left side under the disguise of hooking "t" shirts.

  • rarelement

uh, because people are VERY RARELY killed by bikers. i'm amazed that they don't put the ad campaign on billboards on the henry hudson s/b around 125, the LIE inbound and the bruckner inbound. it might actually help. don't MAKE the bicyclists look - make the SUV drivers look.

then, when congestion pricing kicks in, we won't even have to worry about bicyclists getting killed and the pedestrians don't have to worry about the bicyclists who are paying more attention to cars than to people walking.....

I was knocked down two times by idiot bike riders (one flew into me after I put friends in a cab on a busy corner— biker tried to fit between cab and sidewalk, didn't see me and hit me hard, resulting in smashed eyeglasses, cuts, etc. The other time, the biker was riding on the sidewalk at breakneck speed. Once again, I went flying, and so did my bags of groceries).

Oh yeah, their "rights" really need to be protected.

I agree w/the first poster. This isn't Amsterdam!

Why is there NEVER mention of all the NYC pedestrians injured and even killed by stupid bikers who ignore all traffic rules?

    thank you!

Why don't I register? Because if I do, all those under 18 year old hotties advertising neighboroodies shirts on the left side of this blog will try to hit on me.

  • guest

Why don't you register? dumb guests.

    Why are you a jackass?

As I cross the West Side Highway going to Pier 40 I see many, many idiots on bikes thinking they have the right of way when clearly it is for the vehicular traffic. I don't slow down for them. If they want to take the chance, let it be.

    Assholes! I agree with #1

  • guest

That tag line "LOOK" should work for eliminating bike riders from becoming ex-bikeriders. WOW! How much did that brilliant idea cost the tax payers? Most bike riders need to be run over because they have a really shit attitude for anything around them.

    THIS AIN"T AMSTERDAM HONEY!
