Mr Red Hook Civic Association would probably be take more seriously if he shaved. I think he has valid points, but his message is not well packaged when he looks like the Flying Spaghetti Monster is trying to devour him.
Um, with regard to the "unidentified Dominican immigrant" that the mobster's son saved -- what on earth was she doing up there anyway? The Post makes it sound like she was not really supposed to be there. I'm glad she's okay, but what are they doing in that building, what kind of employers are they, and who are they employing? This is the first I've heard about that lady.
This week in baby news...
Jesus Christ..Its JACKSON HEIGHTS. This is about as lame as trying to rename the South Bronx, "Downtown Bronx" or whatever the fuck they're trying to bill it as. You're living in the South Bronx, wear that badge with pride motherfuckers.
ugh!
As for the shooting at the subway station in Queens: could someone tell me if the person was shot on the platform or by the token booth? I've seen conflicting reports, as well as one that said the person was shot "on the platform next to the booth" despite the fact that the token booth is not on the same level as the platforms at those stops (living off the next stop and all, I surely know less than ABC on that matter). There should be cameras in the stations, but I don't think I've ever seen one in those stops.
SOBRO!
