I'm not 100% sure, but a man exposed himself to me on the F train about a month ago and he looked a lot like this character. It was an awful experience (and the second time it has happened to me) and it makes me so angry that anyone would try to make it out to be not that big of a deal. It's demeaning, humiliating and extremely threatening. These guys are predators. I screamed out at the man and made a scene, but he denied it and ran out at the next stop. I was very upset by the ordeal (and the MTA people weren't much help!) and a random woman sitting near by hugged and comforted me--that was pretty amazing.

True story: I worked as a courthouse clerk in Connecticut for a year or two in the early 1990's.
