THEATER: Village Voice downtown theater aficionado Alexis Soloski recently named Billyburg’s own Brick Theater as her favorite off-Broadway theater to come along in recent years. Tonight Ian W. Hill (who Paper mag famously labeled downtown's Orson Welles) continues his month-long occupation of The Brick with part two of his visionary Necropolis Series, Nos. 0 & 3: Kiss Me, Succubus & At the Mountains of Slumberland.
