When I walked by 24th Street, it seemed to me the person had been a cyclist. the rear wheel of the bike was bent over. the ambulance had just left and the cops were not responding to my questions.
Many Fire and police vehicles but no activity when I was there and no visible blood. I hope the guy's ok/
