Yolato's Ferrero Rocher-flavored hard-serve stuff is maybe the best frozen dessert I've ever had outside of Cones or Italy.

My go-to granola recipe is this one from Epicurious. It's excellent, and the recipe makes a ton.

Nice rundown, Gothamist, but you didn't mention Crazy Bananas! Which... ummm... isn't nearly as good as Pinkberry, actually, though it does have a bunch of happy-faced wooden phalluses on display. Seriously. For a picture:

The advice at the end is too complicated. I don't understand what it is I'm supposed to do. I just may end up not eating frozen yogurt at all, which would be a shame.

I agree -- it's $3 and you can split it. It's the fairest priced out of the batch. I also find it suspicious that you guys compared the Bloomie's one plain versus having fruit with the other yogurts.

Their frogurt is best with their melba sauce.

I agree -- $3 for a portion that's big enough to shake makes it the best value out of the ones you chose.

I like Bloomie's the best, but it seems odd that you guys got the Bloomingdale's yogurt plain while you had fruit toppings on the other yogurts. Plus, with frogurt, you just have to get it with the melba sauce!

Is there a typo in the article? You say that the 40 Carrots yogurt "comes at Bloomingdale's prices (over $3)", but that makes it the cheapest of the 3 stores.

Actually, #4, like any other dairy product, yogurt naturally has a lot of fat. They need to further process the yogurt to reduce the fat content.

the gas thing is different cause you paying them to filter out the impurities. They aren't taking out the fat in yogurt, they just aren't adding it in.

so should you pay less for gas that has fewer impurities? your logic is flawed.

Yogurt is YOgurt! Umm, It tastes the same. I hate all this yogurt crap. Yogurt does not taste as good as ice cream and yet people pay more money for it cause it has less calories. That doesn't make sense. If it has less of something I should pay less for it. Hipsters have killed the food business by making people pay exorbitant prices for produce, yogurt, water and all this diet stuff.
