Man, we made the trek up to Liebman's a few weeks ago (from Brooklyn) and I was so happy we did. I had that same pastrami sandwich, and it was spectacular. I can definitely do without the Manhattan tourist-trap delis, but Liebman's is great.

Are they hiring? But seriously, being a penniless fat Jew, could you give me their price for a pastrami on rye?

"Adleman's on Kings Highway (near Ocean Ave) in Brooklyn is a relatively hidden treasure. It's been their for generations, is genuinely kosher without being oppresively glatt kosher, and is tasty for a thinly sliced portion."

Shhhh

we don't need another DiFara's now do we
Long time Adlemans customer

Katz sucks. I hope they tear it down and replace it with an Olive Garden or Cracker Barrel.

You needed to ask "what's the deal with the Pastrami-Burger?" Ever have a burger with bacon on top? You couldn't deduce one from the other?

What's the deal with your retardation issues?

Pastrami on Burgers is a kosher subsitute for bacon-burgers. And a poor, odd and expensive subsitute at that.

Although I agree with you that the bread is not the most important part of a pastrami sandwhich, if you ever get a chance to have a pastrami sandwhich at Langer's in L.A. you will understand how the bread can elevate the sandwich to the next level. Their rye is baked fresh daily and sliced to order. Marvelous sandwich.
