<description>&lt;p&gt;No, this is what we call hypocrisy.  Nothing has changed on Wall Street.  Spitzer shook them down for a few billion and never saw the inside of a courtroom.  And both sides like it that way.  Business cases are always hard to win but the pressure&apos;s off from Washington.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
