Get a fucking grip nerds !!!!! It gets a little tiring to read about certain groups forcing there will upon others ! If you like "Healthier foods good for you ! If you like fried foods, My hat goes off to you . Hate when "Certain" People try to force their lifestyle upon others . Personally, I like eating fries foods in moderation that is . I know the risks on my choice and stand by them . I look at it this way, [70]%- "Healthy" foods, As oppose to [30]% "Fried" . I drink a lot of water to flush all that food through my system and have had no problems ! It's not the Fried foods that are necessarily bad for you, It's the consumption rate that's the problem . Simply put, If you eat a diet comsumed of say [80]% Fried foods then you would have to expect it will affect ur overall health .
