Actually is was: Turn On, Tune In and Drop Out. Interesting how you turned it around. The show is great, started in Prague, been traveling for 6 years... finally makes it to New York. Makes you want to take a spin to Woodstock and join the fight to shut down Indian Point!

Elliot Landy gets it right in the video. What he describes is what we understood as the counter-culture at that time. It was complex, sophisticated, and both deeply political and spiritual. They came at us with everything they had to shut it down. Make no mistake about it. It was a mass movement, a revolutionary movement, that was deliberately and methodically attacked. And it continues to be discredited to this day by ignoring its true radical nature... Also on another note, everyone from that time remembers the switch from the counter-culture to the over-the-counter culture. Leary's advice is still appropriate. Drop out, Tune in, Turn on. I he didn't mean weekend raves and going back to the office on Monday.
