Big fan of the Cuba Libre, which is just a rum & coke over crushed ice, with fresh lime juice. It's the lime juice that makes it, well, sublime (sorry).

OK, so it's totally cold and miserable in my part of the world right now, but when it's hot there's nothing like a traditional G&T - I always squeeze some lime juice into the drink (not just a lime slice) and have to use a good quality gin - no cheap stuff!

My girlfriend just returned from Florida with a suitcase full of key limes. The pie was absolutely de-lish.

With the few limes left, I think I'll try that Gin Fizz before G/F comes home.

Just juice half those suckers and mix with water and simple syrup for a refreshing Limeade. Even better would be to make a Ginger simple syrup and turn it into a Ginger Limeade. Even more betterer would be to add vodka to the ginger limeade and create the Blue Ginger Gimlet.

Moscow Mules!

2 parts vodka and 1 part fresh lime juice poured on ice in a highball glass and topped off with ginger beer to taste.

Yum...
