If I thought Boss should be kept off the force, then I'm writing about a seemingly futile effort by a disgraced officer to undo something that can't ever be undone. I don't actually take one position or the other. Regardless, in a minute or so I note that the NYPD beat the FDNY in their annual football game, so if you'd like to consider that love for the cops, feel free.
