What will you do about crime? Nineeeeeeee.........eleven. hey, she's right, let's vote for her. In all seriousness, I think the only good thing ghooliani did was eliminate the sales tax on clothes. And, the only thing he did on 9/11 was make sure a reporter didn't step on a pile of asbestos or human remains. Guess that's why the press in NYC are grateful.

I'll admit to admiring Giuliani after 9/11, because the guy did provide a certain level of assurance that the situation--in a completely unprecedented time--was being handled with competence, or at least certitude. Contrast that attitude with politicians in New Orleans when the city was literally underwater. That was not a confidence-inspiring performance and I think it added to the level of civic despair and disorder that followed. Before 9/11, however, I detested Giuliani. He's thin-skinned and prone to petulant abuses of power. Both Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have their numerous faults, but both seemed to either be happy to let abundant criticism either glide off their backs with indifference or benign neglect. Rudy's kind of a sorehead, and seems more Nixonian in temperment. I admire him and don't begrudge his achievements, but he strikes me, like McCain, as a wildcard and that should make people nervous.

Those out of the NYC media sphere do not know of all of the goings on of Giuliani time in the city, but just the last few months of his administration. Did he clean up the city and make it safer? Yes. However those in Peoria don't know all the crap that went on to get it that way.

The issue isn't his money, it's how he made his money. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone running for President (or any high-profile office) who isn't at least a millionaire. It's a fact of life. What's the issue here is his whoring of the eleventh, and how that became his primary source of income.

He's "Hustling" that's all . There's nothing wrong with it, I mean yes he's using the deaths of all those people who died on [9/11] for profit and all . See this is why so many people hate Giuliani, OR as I like to call him "Fooliani" ! It's just sad that those outside of the New York/New Jersey area have limited clue as to the length this jack-ass is willing to go . He knows he has no chance of winning the White house so it's on to something else .

Come on! John Kerry married his money and half the country wanted him as President. Mayor Bloomberg makes Giuliani look like the civil servant piker he relatively is. Jon Corzine is as rich as he is injured. It's the 19th 21st Century people! Stop hating on the plutocrats!
