What's the story here? You have 2 non-white individuals involved in a private commercial transaction with 2 other non-white individuals. Even if it is proven that the Sabhnani's did indeed 'beat' or were 'cruel' to the 2 Indonesian individuals, why should that be a story? We should respect the Sabhnani's culture and tolerate it, as to criticize their unique cultural practices would be indicative of racism! Diversity = Strength!!

These people are disgusting! Yeah I love the lawyer's defense of "Well they had the opportunity to flee." Which basically means: "They may have been treated questionably, but it was their choice to stay, right? I mean they could've left". I hate when people use the excuse of horrible quality of life in the third world as an excuse to abuse people when they come here. Of course they wanted to escape, but how could they leave? They weren't even PAID. They were promised a sickenly small salary, by MILLIONAIRES, that they didn't even GET. I hope someone exacts painful revenge on them for these human rights violations.

"Opportunity to flee?" Flee to where? These women are in a foreign land where they don't speak the language, don't know anybody and have no money. Honestly, some lawyers suck. You'd think rich people could afford better lawyers. Then again, if these people are so cheap that they won't even pay $300/mo for servants, I'm not surprised they went for bottom of the barrel barristers.
