<description>&lt;p&gt;I wonder if Corzine&apos;s docs even knew they were disclosing confidential info. The Times&apos; reporter is a doctor, so the blabbing doctors might have thought they were just shooting the shit with a fellow physician.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;By law (HIPPA) he has to authorize disclosure. Nobody can have their medical info disclosed, not even public figures, w/o prior written consent.

The doctors and institutions would be risking not just a lawsuit but their licenses.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
